A couple of hundred meters from the boat launch and marina, 5 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants (including Yamba's best fish and chips). Three minutes drive to the centre of town or any of Yamba's 5 beaches.
Inside this house has been renovated in a relaxed bright beachy style. The cooks' kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher, stainless appliances and wood bench top. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space has air conditioning to keep you comfortable in either summer or winter. The property has high speed NBN wireless internet so you can stream your favourite TV shows on the new HD TV or work from home if necessary.
