Positive: The room was very clean and the balcony had a great view to the ocean on one side. You can see the construction work, but it doesn´t cover all the view to the beautiful ocean. There was also a kitchen and fridge for use available. There are some great restaurants nearby and it is also close to the famous Wadi Shab and some other Wadis.

Negative: There is some construction work nearby, which is also visible from the balcony. Since work sometimes continues at night, you may hear occasional noise. It didn’t bother us too much, and for the price it was absolutely fine. The owner doesn’t speak English very fluently, so communication and cultural exchange were a bit limited. However, this was manageable and did not significantly affect our stay.
