Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the outdoor deck, garden and external bathroom/laundry. External garage is not for guest use.

Payment Terms:
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. The security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues are reported.
The main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed and this must be completed prior to arrival.
Please note we strictly enforce a no-party, no-noise policy. The property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for hens/bucks parties or schoolies. It is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful coastal stay.
Linen and bath towels are provided and beds will be made prior to arrival. Please bring your own beach towels.
