Our spacious (150 sq meters;1600 sq ft), southwest facing, 3rd floor apartment in the Royal Residence apartment building, has a private balcony and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment sleeps up to 7 people. There are 4 bedrooms with master bath en-suite. The 4th bedroom contains a sleep sofa which can function as 1 double bed or 2 single beds, making our apartment perfect for grandparents visiting with children and grandchildren, 2 couples or 1 large family. There are 3 bathrooms each with it's own shower, plus a bathtub in the main bathroom. Our kosher kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove top and oven, toaster, and microwave. Other amenities include washer/dryer in the unit, central air/heat, free wi-fi and free cable tv. TVs are located in the master bedroom and living room (Smart TV in LR). The building has a sabbath elevator. There is a 1 car indoor parking space. Our apartment is wonderfully located-- just minutes walk to the beach, promenade, playgrounds, and synagogue. Restaurants, paragliding, and activities for children are in walking distance along the beautiful Netanya promenade. An English-speaking representative is available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
No smoking nor pets allowed in the apartment.
No Sabbath (Friday night through Saturday night) arrivals or departures.
