Right at Home in Bonny Hills does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable. If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property. A Security Deposit between $500 - $1000 will be required upon arrival, depending on the property. Guest will need to provide a valid Credit Card for this amount to be held until a vacate inspection is carried out and nil damage or loss is reported. This security deposit can then be used to cover any damages or loss and the credit card provided may be used if the total of damages or loss exceeds the amount held.
