Positive: The hotel was incredible in its appearance and was completely immaculate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and would bring extra water or coffee to the room in an instant. The reception desk was able to help us check in early after an early morning flight, which was really appreciated, and took our bags from the taxi to the room. The room was very spacious and well laid out, with amazing bathroom facilities and a balcony. The breakfast was good value for money and the food was fantastic - again, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The location was also ideal, being only a 15 minute ride from the airport and 20 minutes or so to get downtown.
