Brand new home, with 3 bedrooms and separate bathroom and toilet, plus extra Shed next door that has been setup for a 2nd family (or teenager's retreat), with it's own kitchen, dining area, tv/lounges, bathroom and laundry.
Heaps of cool facilities including in-ground trampoline, fire pit, outside bbq area, and plenty of board games and books stashed around to pass the time without resorting to devices. Good mobile internet and phone signal though if you need it. Short walk down the hill to the local creeks, and adjacent to State Forest trails where you can ride motorbikes (with Private gate access straight onto the trails).
Located at the dead end of a quiet rural street, yet only 15 minutes drive to Old Bar Beach, or 10 minutes to Taree. Within half an hour's drive of so many amazing natural wonders and tourist attractions, as well as Jolly Nose MTB park, Forster/Tuncurry area, and plenty of quiet beaches for dogs to run around on with their humans, or find a sneaky uncrowded wave.
Linen not included. Please bring your own sheets, pillows and towels. We do have blankets available if required, and the whole house is reverse cycle A/C.
