Lovely period home with complete elevated water views over berrys bay, connected with nature, many bushwalks at the front door, beautiful north shore lifestyle, peace and quiet in a very central location, just $20 uber to city, trains/buses short walk away, many cafes, bars, restaurants. Lovely place to make your home and a super cool place to chill! Suit new arrivals to Sydney, or longer term residents who know what a nice area McMahons point is to live.
House is in reasonable condition inside, new bathroom, lovely timber floorboards throughout and period detailing, fireplace. We have a regular cleaner and gardener. If you need, there are sheets, towels etc.
Please note the following:
A good climb up the steps from street level to the front door, around 25 steps or so.
No microwave.
No free to air TV (all streamed content available)

The house is not an executive house, it is a character house. It’s is not perfect, but it’s perfectly liveable - the bathroom is new, water pressure is good with abundant hot water, breezes are wonderful and views are amazing … its a comfortable, affordable, peaceful and quiet house in an amazing and convenient location.
