Summary: Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! Mary Ann and all the staff in breakfast were amazing! Chef and all breakfast stations food was great! -evening dinner so much choice and taste was great! Even Ahmed at chocolate hour was really good and attentive- everyone showed love to my daughter and went out of their way to make her happy! Exceptional stay!
