Positive: The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and we had a beautiful ocean view, just like on the pictures. I'm also grateful with the flexibility of the check-in time.

Negative: Firstly, I booked the room for 2 people and there was only 1 bath robe and slippers, as well as no soap in our room. I would expect a 5 star hotel to not make mistakes like this. Moreover, I was hugely dissappointed with the breakfast. Bakery items were stale, the eggs were tasteless, but most importantly the shakshouka merguez had literal raw beans in it. When we told this to the waiters they didn't really know what to do with it, nor we were offered to have it remade. The only thing I liked about the breakfast was the strawberry juice.
