The famous TLV University is close by within the neighborhood. You will be close to the most impressive mall in the city which is located within the neighborhood- The "Ramat-Aviv mall". The mall is consist of high-end fashion brands and more.. With a short 10 minute drive to the vibrant city center you really are enjoying the best of all worlds. The population of the neighborhood is typically high-income, You can whiteness it yourself just by looking at the two Ferrari sport cars (out of only a few in Israel) which park just next to you at the buildings gated underground garage.
