There is high speed WiFi throughout the villa with average speeds of 250mbps.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your villa.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
